My family and i had the most amazing and relaxing 7 nights at eq hotel kl. From  check in all the way to check out, the staff were the most friendliest i have ever met in my years of traveling, so warm and welcoming and extremely helpful with anything you need. Anne from reception thank you so much for your generosity, humour and kindness throught our stay, tawi from the concierge, even with the mask on you could feel his smile from across the hotel and willingness to help. Hass your lovely hospitality during breakfast always checking in on us and other guests made us feel right at home. Also a big thank you to aizad, naim, thomas and ismail for helping with the luggage, and assistance when needing a Grab to go around. As well as the houskeeping staff so sweet and helpful. You all made us feel very welcome to malaysia and we will definitely be back again. Highly recommended this hotel. Very clean, amazing views of the city, 5 to 10 minute walk from literally everything you need or want to see in kuala lumpur.

If not for the breakfast spread that was ordinary and limited, I would have rated our stay a 10 for the amazing staff ! Right from the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles. The staff were enthusiastic and happy to serve us. The concierge helped us with our bags all the way to the basement parking when we checked out. Well done and thank you very much !!! Décor in the hotel was modern and beautiful. Room had complimentary beverages and snacks. Bed was so comfortable. Food at Etoile was great and we had a scrumptious Christmas Eve dinner at Kampachi. View from the room was impressive.

The room was modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and had a lot of options. The location was good with the two large parks and the Petronas Towers within walking distance. The view from the pool was fantastic.
