My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at EQ Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and I am compelled to share the extraordinary experience we enjoyed during our time there. From the moment we stepped into the elegant lobby, the warmth and hospitality of the staff were immediately apparent. Greeted with genuine smiles and a level of courtesy that set the tone for our entire stay, we felt like cherished guests rather than mere visitors. The standout feature of our stay was undoubtedly the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. Every interaction was marked by attentiveness and a sincere desire to ensure our comfort. It's rare to encounter such a consistently high standard of service, and EQ Hotel's staff exceeded our expectations at every turn. We had made a few special requests for our stay, and the attention to detail in fulfilling these requests was truly commendable. The team at EQ Hotel not only met but exceeded our expectations, creating a personalized and thoughtful environment that made our stay truly memorable. My family and i had the most amazing and relaxing 7 nights at eq hotel kl. From check in all the way to check out, the staff were the most friendliest i have ever met in my years of traveling, so warm and welcoming and extremely helpful with anything you need. Anne from reception thank you so much for your generosity, humour and kindness throught our stay, tawi from the concierge, even with the mask on you could feel his smile from across the hotel and willingness to help. Hass your lovely hospitality during breakfast always checking in on us and other guests made us feel right at home. Also a big thank you to aizad, naim, thomas and ismail for helping with the luggage, and assistance when needing a Grab to go around. As well as the houskeeping staff so sweet and helpful. You all made us feel very welcome to malaysia and we will definitely be back again. Highly recommended this hotel. Very clean, amazing views of the city, 5 to 10 minute walk from literally everything you need or want to see in kuala lumpur.

Hotel personnel were courteous and helpful, especially the security guards during our stay. Excellent room facilities and security. We specifically searched for a hotel room with a big tub and EQ has it. There were various TV channels that kept us entertained. We requested for a baby crib and it was ready when we checked in. We are not big breakfast eaters so we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel. Instead we chose to get some buns from the convenience store nearby (there are three near the hotel, as well as a fast food restaurant). We drove to the hotel and parking was free throughout our stay. We just had to validate our ticket.

If not for the breakfast spread that was ordinary and limited, I would have rated our stay a 10 for the amazing staff ! Right from the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles. The staff were enthusiastic and happy to serve us. The concierge helped us with our bags all the way to the basement parking when we checked out. Well done and thank you very much !!! Décor in the hotel was modern and beautiful. Room had complimentary beverages and snacks. Bed was so comfortable. Food at Etoile was great and we had a scrumptious Christmas Eve dinner at Kampachi. View from the room was impressive.
